Please save yourself from this paid review. Anyone can do some research and figure out that the reviews are fake ( paid and given by friends/family ).Anyway, here is my story. I was with my 7-year-old kid in a swimming pool and Dr Amal was out there fishing for new customers. She asked my son to call his mom. She scared my wife that our son needs orthodontic treatment for lower jaw growth modification. And if we do not do it, it may impact his focus, confidence, breathing, swallowing, etc. We went to her office in Aug’ 2023 for an initial consultation. She recommended the phase 1 plan and also suggested consulting with his ENT Dr and having his adenoid removed. She was way too sweet and tried very hard to persuade us to pay for the treatment and start it as early as we could. It was alarming for me so I said I will research and get back to you.We had our Son’s adenoid removed and we went to India for a few months. We came back and started talking about his treatment with his Dentist. We had so many questions, so we went back to her. And she was like “I am very passionate about it”, “I am the only one who does it in the whole DFW”, and “the regular dentist doesn’t know about this treatment plan”. I asked her if it’s so effective then why other orthodontics are not doing it. She was like this question is for them because they are doing their work for high profits. Long story short, again she tried very hard to sell her services and my doubts were not clear, but still, we decided to go with her services. They gave me a quote of $4350 with $2707.50 ( out of my pocket). However, they gave me a quote of $1662.50 ( out of pocket) for the same services in August. When I called their office they mentioned that my insurance coverage has changed. My insurance provider is the same and my employer's coverage year is from 1st Aug’ 23 to 1st Aug’24. Then they said the person who gave the previous quote was wrong.I had no complaints until this point as a mistake might have happened. But when I asked about the breakdown of the services, they said Dr Seif doesn’t allow it.I wanted to have the evaluation from the other orthodontist. So I asked if I could have X-rays to avoid taking another X-rays by another facility. The front desk talked to Dr Amal and she asked $400 to share the x-rays.I learned my lesson the hard way. I got so many signs but gave them the benefit of the doubt until I saw true colors.1. if she is so good, then why is she not hiring anyone else? She has one staff and manages everything by herself.2. If she is so good, then why the office is always empty? I was there twice and every time spent around 2 hours and saw zero patients.3. If she is so good, then why she is begging for referrals and reviews?4. If she is so good, why she is fishing for patients in the community pool? I talked to my neighbors and know two more families she reached out to them in the same manner at the swimming pool. Luckily, none of them fall for it.

Dr. Amal and her staff are great! They have a variety of options for braces. My son had his orthodontic treatment using the Spark system aligners. It's easy to communicate with the office, and the treatment plan is explained at the beginning, and every step of the way. We are both smiling wide, enjoying the results!

A great experience overall, they explain everything and any concerns you have as well as let you know what options are better for you. They work with you to be able to get what you want whether that is on the payments or on the plan that you are on, that being said it is also your due diligence to do the work to get the outcome that you want. I came upon Dr.Amal Seifelnasr's practice when looking for an orthodontist. As an adult who had braces in the past, I knew I wanted something with less maintenence and visibility;her office offers just that. I am currently using Spark aligners that require a short office visit once every few months. In addition, the maintenence is easy and I can eat anything! The staff is so warm, welcoming and accommodating. I'm so glad I chose Castle Hills 3D Orthodontics.

Services use to be really good when we started with the braces. It’s now different. The orthodontist is trying to manage an entire facility by herself now. She is answering phones, manning the front desk, giving consultations and working on braces all at the same time and she’s not giving 100 percent in anything because she’s all over the place. I’m not sure if she is trying to save money or her staff quit, but the quality of service has gone down. Last time we went for services, everything seemed really rushed.
