Dr. Seifelnasr treated me as a teenager, and she truly changed my life. She gave me a beautiful smile that completely transformed my confidence and helped me become much more outgoing and social. I’m so grateful for her kindness, expertise, and the amazing care she provided. I highly recommend Dr. Seifelnasr to anyone looking for an orthodontist who genuinely changes lives.

I had a wonderful experience with Dr. Amal seif who treated my daughter. She helped her stop thumb-sucking with a simple and effective solution. My daughter felt very comfortable with her — she’s not only skilled but also incredibly kind and patient. She explained everything clearly and answered all of our questions. I’m truly grateful for her care and highly recommend her 👍🌷

Updated: July 9th, 2026 I initially had high hopes for my treatment, but my experience changed significantly. During treatment, I developed severe tongue pain and oral lesions that ultimately required evaluation and a biopsy by an oral pathologist. After discontinuing the aligners, my symptoms improved. When treatment was restarted, my mouth pain returned. I have reached out to the office multiple times regarding my symptoms and my request for a refund. I also hand-delivered supporting documentation to the office on July 7, 2026. Unfortunately, I have not received a meaningful response to my concerns or to my refund request. My review is based on my personal experience with the treatment, the communication, and the follow-up care I received. I was disappointed by the lack of responsiveness, particularly given the urgency of my symptoms. Update: 6/27/26 I rarely leave negative reviews, but I feel it's important to share my experience. My teeth looked great when my treatment was completed, so I was initially very happy. Unfortunately, the retainers caused significant pain from the beginning. I repeatedly told the orthodontist and the staff that something didn't feel right and that the retainers were hurting my mouth, but I felt my concerns were dismissed. I continued trying to wear the retainers on and off for about eight months because I trusted the treatment plan. During that time, I developed black patches throughout my mouth and an extremely inflamed, painful tongue. Since my symptoms continued to worsen, I sought care from an oral pathologist at my own expense. I paid approximately $2,200+ out of pocket for the pathology evaluation and testing, which ultimately determined that I was allergic to the material used in the retainers. After I stopped wearing the retainers for about a month, my mouth returned to normal. Hoping to finally complete my orthodontic treatment, I returned for retreatment. Unfortunately, after the new brackets were placed, my mouth and tongue became severely painful again. Within a day, the pain was so intense that I went to urgent care to have the brackets removed. In total, I have spent approximately $4,000 on orthodontic treatment, in addition to the $2,200 I paid for the pathology evaluation. While I understand that complications can happen in any medical or dental treatment, what disappointed me most was feeling that my concerns were not taken seriously until I had to seek answers from another specialist. I hope this review encourages the practice to listen carefully when patients report persistent pain or unusual reactions. Being heard early could spare someone else months of discomfort, unnecessary medical expenses, and emotional stress. Best Orthodontist! She's responsive and answers all my questions. My turned tooth is now in place in less than a year. I recently completed my Invisalign treatment. I couldn’t be more satisfied with the results. From start to finish, the entire process was smooth, professional, and personalized to my needs. Thanks to their expertise and care, my teeth look amazing, and I feel so much more confident in my smile. This office is Great! Staff is very friendly and accommodating. My son had a good experience while getting his braces. The Doctor is very knowledgeable and even has a set plan for Afterwards when he get his braces off. We loved the experience and definitely recommend!!! 😊

Very good experience! Dr. Seif has been such a great help and helped improve my teeth so much! I have been doing aligners and carrieres, which have helped my teeth so much all thanks to Dr. Seif! Caster Hills 3D Orthodontics did an incredible job with my son’s teeth. Some of his teeth were originally very crooked, but their expertise and care transformed his smile beyond what we could have hoped for. Now, his teeth look absolutely perfect—better than if they’d never been crooked at all. We couldn’t be happier.

10/10 experience. I started my braces around a year and a half ago and I just finished. My teeth have done a full 360 and look perfect. They were super nice and explained everything. They were very detailed and you could see they had a lot of experience. Best experience, my other siblings will start there soon because of how good it was!
